Remote Desktop

To access your desktop exactly as you see it in school and have access to all your documents and all the programs installed at school simply download this file and save it to somewhere safe.

When you run the file you will be prompted with a normal Windows Logon box, simply enter your usual details here (remember to check the Log On To box is correct).

The program defaults to full-screen meaning you will lose access to your computer's start menu and task bar, if you wish to access both school and your home PC at the same time you will need to resize the window to not be full screen - note this will mean you get two start buttons and can be confusing!

Printing Work

If your home printer driver is supported on the server it should appear in the printer list. Otherwise school printers are available via the Find Printer function.

ECDL Primers

To access the ECDL Primers from home use this connection.

Note If you receive an error using the above Remote Desktop links then you can also use the following method:

Click on Start, then Run (or press the Windows key and R)
Enter the following: mstsc /v:ts7.keqms.net
Click on OK, and the connection should start.

Extranet

You can access learning resources here. You will need to log in using your e-mail address and password.
